About Me

I spent 20 years at Hewlett Packard as an engineer.  I don't think I was a typical engineer.  You know how engineers can be (You engineers have to agree.)  But my engineering background has been helpful.  Helping people buy and sell homes involves computer searches, statistics and property comparisons.  

Much of the work I do involves new homes.  I like to help people find really special lots and/or homes.  Believe it or not, the majority of the homes on the Front Range, don't have a mountain view.   But there are some great ones and I try to know where they are.  I also know A LOT of builders in the area.  I can introduce you to several that build in your price range.  

When I'm not working, I'm finishing my landscaping or basement, I'm out on the lake windsurfing or I'm riding my motorcycle - sometimes with my wife who has her own motorcycle.
